We’ll also happily stick around and rearrange blooms between the ceremony and reception. Besides, you’ve got enough to focus on, right? • We will put together your personalised quote and visual proposal. A deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due 28 days prior to your date.
What's the delivery plan on my wedding day?

Every wedding is different, but it usually goes something like this:

  • Chrissie will deliver your bouquet/buttonholes to you at your accommodation

  • She’ll then head to your venue to set up the ceremony florals, followed by your reception florals (she’ll also stick around if things need to be moved from one site to the next after the ceremony)

  • Once everything is finalised and looking beautiful, she’ll leave you to it. The following day, she’ll return to collect any vases, installations or hire items

I don't know where to start - Can you help?

Absolutely. In fact, helping you develop & create your dream aesthetic is kinda our speciality!

While inspiration photos are a helpful starting point, we also like to get to know you personally so we can get a feel for how you envision your wedding day. And while we certainly follow a brief, our artistic process is floral-led, which means we like to let the flowers guide our creations as they unfold.

This also speaks for the flower varieties themselves. Working with these seasonal beauties, sometimes means we cannot guarantee what varieties are available. Of course we’ll always make sure that if we need to substitute any flowers, we’ll make sure they fit with the aesthetic of your day.

Every flower, like every client, is unique. So let’s chat!

What happens if I have to postpone?
In the event that you need to postpone your celebration, we will always try our best to work with you to accommodate your new wedding date. We require a minimum of 30 days' notice for any postponements. All payments already made are non-refundable and will be transferred to your new date.

If your flowers have already been ordered, we will try and cancel it with our flower broker. If your order is unable to be cancelled, we will try to on-sell on your behalf (but this is NOT guaranteed). If your flowers can't be on-sold you will be responsible for the additional cost of these flowers and we'll try to organise for them to be delivered to you. Your final balance paid will be transferred to your new date and credited to your new invoice.
